Pet Drugs Online - Warehouse Operative
Pet Drugs Online is one of the UK’s leading online pet pharmacies and retailers, helping pet owners access trusted medication, healthcare products, and everyday essentials quickly, safely, and conveniently. As part of the IVC Evidensia Group, Pet Drugs Online combines the agility of a growing ecommerce business with the strength and expertise of a leading veterinary care organisation.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our fulfilment team. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately while supporting the efficient receipt, storage and replenishment of stock. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced ecommerce environment where teamwork, accuracy and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll help ensure every customer order is processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of stock control, organisation and safety throughout the warehouse.
Your role will involve supporting both the fulfilment and goods-in functions, helping to keep products available, orders moving, and customers receiving the high standard of service they expect from Pet Drugs Online.
Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week across 7 days, including one weekend per month
- Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:30pm
- Saturday - Sunday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to company standards
- Dispense prescribed medications following training and company procedures
- Receive, count and book in deliveries accurately
- Check stock for discrepancies, damages and expiry dates, escalating issues where required
- Store products correctly to ensure stock is readily available for fulfilment
- Support stock replenishment, stock takes and inventory accuracy
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment and comply with Health & Safety procedures
- Carry out additional warehouse duties to support the wider team as required
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
We're looking for an organised and dependable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring:
- Previous experience within a pick and pack or warehouse environment
- Experience working within an ecommerce fulfilment operation
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A customer-first approach and positive attitude
- The ability to prioritise workload, multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- A supportive, flexible and approachable manner
