Know How Resourcing is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team for our client in York.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll be based on the warehouse floor, working on a conveyor line, sorting packages, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

Shift

Monday-Friday 7:30am- 3:30

Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and process packages on the conveyor belt quickly and accurately.
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring correct handling and placement.
  • Check and scan items to ensure they match order and delivery documents.
  • Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update stock levels (training provided).
  • Keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties including packing, labelling, and pallet wrapping.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
