Do you enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and have experience of working within a warehouse. If so, we have a great opportunity for you!
Here at GXO, we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in West Hallam, DE7 6HE. This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 days out of 7 between 05:30 and 22:00. Shifts are 7.5 hours per day.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Accurately and safely load vehicles with products for delivery on specified routes, check and confirm loads for completeness and accuracy, report any discrepancies, and offload incoming products into the appropriate warehouse storage area
- Operate mechanical lifting equipment if appropriately trained
- Meet the standards of performance, behaviour, and attendance in line with company policies and procedures, while effectively undertaking all aspects of warehouse operations to a high standard and working independently to achieve KPI targets
- Assist management with investigations into accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, while promptly reporting any breaches of the company's Health and Safety procedures

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience preferable
- Experience of WMS
- Counterbalance / Reach Truck licence required
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Be able to work well with others
