The Role: A Satisfying Mix of Tasks

As a Warehouse Operative in our multi-temperature warehouse, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic hands-on role with real variety. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Picking & packing quality products for countless customers—ensuring every order meets their individual needs
  • Replenishing stock efficiently and tidying the warehouse to meet food safety standards
  • Standing by as an essential part of loading & unloading lorries in compliance with our high safety procedures

Collaboration is at the heart of every shift. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team, ensuring seamless communication between equipment, protocols, and logistics.

  • A strong eye for detail, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • With-itness as a team player, making meaningful contributions to a supportive work environment
  • Basic language skills and numerical aptitude, particularly with simple calculations
  • Four hours’ tolerance for cold environments and ergonomic lifting as high as 25kg
  • Afternoon availability, with shifts running 15:00–23:30 (Sunday to Thursday), totaling 40 hours per week

  • Annual wage: £28,922
  • Hourly rate: £16.03–£16.72 per hour
  • Shift pay included
  • Bonus opportunity: potential £1,500 annual performance reward
