The Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm (with some weekend working where required).

Based at our Northampton site (NN7 2QA, near junction 15 of the M1), you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

In this role, you will:

  • Support warehouse operations with a variety of tasks
  • Load and unload goods carefully and safely
  • Use manual handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse systems (training provided where needed)
  • Complete relevant paperwork and checks
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to help maintain a safe working environment
  • Share any ideas or concerns with your team to help improve processes

About You

We welcome applications from people with a range of backgrounds and experiences. To help you succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Experience in a warehouse or similar environment
  • A current FLT, counterbalance, reach truck, or pallet stacker licence (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • An understanding of safe manual handling practices
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and adapt
