About the Role
Mediq UK are now recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our AM shift.
In this role, you will be responsible for replenishing and picking stock to fulfil orders, as well as assisting with loading vehicles and other warehousing duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain safe working practices and discharge duties in line with relevant procedures and Mediq EHS policies.
- Operate within the speed expected by legislation and company standards.
- Use all provided equipment in accordance with safe working practices.
- Pick goods accurately and construct pallets to ensure personal safety, driver safety (in transit and delivery), and the integrity of products.
- Assist in vehicle loading, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Support stock-checking routines when required.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail, thoroughness, and a methodical approach to work.
- Foster effective working relationships and collaborate openly with colleagues.
- Show willingness to undertake additional duties or support across different areas.
- Take initiative to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean and tidy at all times.

What We’re Looking For
This role would suit you if you:
- Have previous warehousing experience.
- Hold a FLT (Forklift Truck), VNA (Very Narrow Aisle), or PPT (Personnel Platform Truck) license.
