Warehouse Operative – Fareham Site

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us at our Fareham site.

Working in our distribution centres means:

  • Fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to think quickly and collaborate to ensure orders are picked accurately and delivered on time with seamless service to our customers

This role operates a flexible 2-day shift between 7.6am–2pm

Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test

Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing orders while using a handheld terminal to manage picking expectations
  • Receiving, storing, and safely stacking items
  • Working with integrity to meet all stock management requirements
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Adherence to LLOP (Loading Lift Operator Permit) and FLT (Forklift Ticket) systems, with training provided in relevant areas of the Distribution Centre (DC)
  • Operating across ambient, chilled, and freezer sections (preferences discussed during recruitment)

Requirements

As a Warehouse Operative, you must demonstrate:

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to work to deadlines with a hardworking, professional, and organised approach
  • No prior warehouse experience required, though it is preferred
  • ability to work in a team or independently, anchored by self-motivation
