Here in GXO Livingston (EH54), our Iceland Foods warehouse is open 24/7, therefore, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working 37.5hrs per week, on an ‘any 5 from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 or 22:00 to 06:00.
Pay, benefits and more:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will get:
- An hourly rate of £12.71
- An overtime rate of £18.19 per hour (paid after 37.5 hours)
- An additional £3.14 for the hours worked between 06:00 and 07:00
- An additional £1.72 for the hours worked between 16:00 and 18:00
- An additional £2.46 for the hours worked between 18:00 and 22:00
- An additional £3.14 for the hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00
- An additional £1.18 per hour for working in the freezer

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Our Warehouse Operatives work in any area of our warehouse from ambient, to chilled, to frozen – this is a great way to learn all about our business and how we support the wider supply chain
- Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using LLOP’s
- Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
- Good communication and hardworking
- A willingness to learn new skills
