The Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative who is a confident driver, genuinely enjoys being on the road, and has a real interest in the audio-visual world. You will take satisfaction in getting the right kit to the right place, on time, every time, and be the person who spots when something doesn't look right and sorts it before it becomes a problem. Pick, pack, and prepare AV equipment for deliveries and collections Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently Deliver and collect AV equipment to and from venues across London, ensuring safe handling and transportation Drive our medium-sized van confidently in and around central London, including tight streets and dense traffic Plan and optimise delivery routes for timely arrivals, and complete all deliveries within the required timeframes Run daily vehicle checks — fuel, oil, tyres, and overall condition Get equipment ready the night before jobs: de-prep, maintenance, and service, so kit goes out in top condition Carry out technical checks before dispatch — a good eye for whether everything is present, correct, and working as it should Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse Assist the AV team with stock control, inventory checks, and equipment tracking using our logistics software (RMS) Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients during deliveries and collections Work with local crew and crew agencies as needed to move kit Bring your own ideas — we want someone who improves how we do things, not just follows the steps Knowledge of Carnets ("passports" for kit to be sent abroad) would be an advantage

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
