Job Title: Weekly Depot Operative Days
LOCATION: DPD Bicester, Unit D, Symmetry Park, Bicester, OX26 6GF

Job Details
- Contract Type: Permanent – 40 Hours Per Week
- Days of Work: Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours of Work: 12:00 to 20:30
This is a fast-paced, physical role. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be the backbone of our operation, playing a critical role in ensuring DPD delivers outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
The core duties include:
- Loading and unloading, scanning, and sorting parcels with precision and accuracy
- Handling items up to 25kg (keep fit while working!)
- Using technological systems to ensure every parcel reaches the correct destination on time
- Operating warehouse equipment including scanners, conveyor systems, and handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout our environment
- Conducting quality control checks to verify parcel condition, labelling accuracy, and promptly reporting discrepancies or system issues to supervisors
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily targets and meet shift objectives
- Adhering to attendance expectations and demonstrating reliability, especially during peak hours
