Warehouse Operative (Bendi FLT Driver)
Location: Market Drayton
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck licence to join our busy warehouse team in Market Drayton.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in all aspects of the warehouse operation, helping to ensure customer orders are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles.
- Putting stock away into racking locations.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Booking goods in and checking deliveries against paperwork.
- Carrying out stock replenishment and stock checks.
- Preparing orders for dispatch using a range of courier and pallet networks.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required.

Essential Requirements
- Valid Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Truck licence.
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Good level of physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual handling.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

Desirable
- Experience unloading shipping containers.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence.
- Experience working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
