We're currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our freezer operation supporting the Iceland Foods contract. You'll play a key role in picking, preparing, and dispatching frozen products to stores across the UK, ensuring customers can find the products they need when they need them.
You’ll work any 5 days from 7 on a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00 shifts.

- £14.27 per hour, including freezer allowance
- £3.92 per hour shift premium for every hour worked between 19:00 and 06:00

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Work in our temperature-controlled freezer chamber, picking and preparing frozen products for delivery to stores nationwide – we'll provide all the specialist PPE and thermal clothing you need
- Accurately pick customer orders using voice-picking technology and warehouse systems
- Safely operate a LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) truck following full training
- Load, unload, and move stock while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy
- Support Goods In, outbound, and other warehouse activities to meet productivity and quality targets
- Follow health and safety procedures and work effectively as part of a fast-paced warehouse team
