Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: LEEK Country Store
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team at LEEK Country Store. Responsibilities
Your role will encompass a wide range of essential tasks in warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics. Key responsibilities include:

Warehouse & Yard Management:
- Organise arrivals, despatches, and stock rotation in the warehouse and yard.
- Ensure the yard remains clean, tidy, and well-managed to maintain brand standards.

Delivery & Logistics:
- Conduct professional and timely van deliveries to customers.
- Process customer enquiries, requests, and address issues with prompt and effective solutions.

Team Collaboration & Operations:
- Work closely with colleagues to meet targets and ensure daily tasks are managed effectively.
- Foster strong, positive working relationships to maintain a welcoming and efficient team environment.

Skills, Experience, and Qualities Required
Essential:
- Genuine team player, with a deep interest in serving others and contributing to shared goals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to liaise efficiently between departments for seamless coordination.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating expertise in interacting with both internal and external customers.
- Exceptional attention to detail—prizing cleanliness, tidiness, and tidy presentations.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuously improving yard areas, displays, and overall operations.
Desirable:
- Full UK driving licence (to conduct van deliveries, including holiday cover).
- Qualified Forklift Truck and Telehandler Driver, with experience in loading, unloading, and securing goods.
- Agricultural knowledge or industry appreciation, offering a broader understanding of customer needs.
