Warehouse Operative – Permanent Position
Location: Bedford, MK41 0LZ Working Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: Afternoon evening (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), Monday to Friday Flexibility: Availability to cover other shifts as required

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Use a powered pallet truck to safely pick and load cases onto delivery pallets.
- Unload incoming stock while maintaining strict manual handling policies.
- Operate an FLT (Fork Lift Truck) to assemble and load stock onto delivery trucks.
- Prioritise health and safety in all tasks.
- Assist with stock counting as needed.
- Maintain clean and organised workspaces.
Essential Experience & Attributes:
✅ Preference for FLT (Fork Lift Truck) licence or willingness to train ✅ Experience in an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) warehouse ✅ Strong manual handling skills ✅ Basic customer service mindset
