Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 0800–1630
Warehouse Operations

Goods In
- Unload deliveries using the counterbalance forklift truck (training provided if needed)
- Check expiry dates, quantities, product type, and quality of goods
- Follow required procedures

Goods Out & Order Fulfillment
- Prepare pallet and parcel dispatch orders
- Create packing labels and delivery manifests
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately, on time, and in full
- Monitor and report stock discrepancies
- Complete stock counts as required

Delivery Operations
- Drive a 3.5-tonne Luton van (with tail lift) to deliver products to customers
- Maintain high standards of customer service
Administrative & Inventory Tasks
- Use the company finance system (ORACLE) to:
- Receipt goods
- Release sales orders
- Ship sales orders
- Process orders (sales & purchase orders)
- Generate manifests, labels, and receipts
- Replenish stock using ORACLE to raise purchase orders
- Manage relationships with delivery companies (DPD, Viking)
Health & Safety Compliance
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and all onsite policies
- Conduct forklift/truck and workplace inspections
- Maintain safe manual handling practices
Requirements

- Competency in warehouse practices (experience preferred)
- Counterbalance forklift license (desirable but full training provided if eligible)
- Full UK driving license (max 3 penalties) with experience driving a 3.5-tonne Luton van
- Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail
- Good understanding of manual handling safety standards
