Warehouse Operatives – Temporary Role (Potential Permanent)
About the Role
At Fidelity Fulfilment, we are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team on a full-time temporary basis, covering until 18 December 2026. Standout candidates may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.

Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Decanting stock
- Conducting regular stock checks
- Maintaining high hygiene standards in work areas
- Adhering to warehouse health and safety regulations

Shift details:
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00)
About the Person
We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Specific traits and skills include:
- Previous warehouse experience in a dynamic setting
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
