General Warehouse Operative

Role Summary
General Warehouse duties including:
- Booking in, storing, and managing stock movements
- Picking and dispatching of physical items and systems
- Updating inventory systems
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispatch orders on schedule:
- Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship goods
- Receive and process warehouse stock:
- Pick, unload, label, and store products/parts
- Maintain high-quality inventory controls for audits
- Ensure a clean, safe, and optimised working environment
- Record stock movements in inventory logs
- Report any discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues
- Operate and maintain preventative warehouse vehicles/equipment
- Comply with quality service standards, procedures, and regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven warehouse experience as a Warehouse Worker
- Inventory software proficiency (spreadsheets, databases, systems)
- Experience with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Familiarity with product weighing, sorting, and packaging
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid forklift licence
