Warehouse Operations

  • Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Organize and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, if certified.

Quality Control

  • Inspect and test returned hardware, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Document and report any faults or defects, providing detailed feedback to the technical team.
  • Work closely with the returns team to streamline the inspection process.
  • Maintain records of inspections and quality control processes.

Cross-functional Support

  • Be flexible and willing to assist in different areas of the business based on demand.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a role involving quality control.
  • Technical experience, particularly with EPOS systems and FoodHub equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Driving license and vehicle
