About the Role
Camfil has been helping people breathe cleaner air for over 50 years. As a leading manufacturer of premium clean air solutions, we provide commercial and industrial systems for air filtration and air pollution control. Camfil UK has two production sites in Haslingden, Lancashire and Gillingham, Kent, with the Camfil group employing over 6000 people globally and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
Based at our offices in Haslingden, Lancashire, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative – Goods In responsible for organising, receiving, and managing incoming goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and unloading deliveries as required
- Manually and mechanically unloading company and sub-contractor vehicles
- Processing incoming goods, including labelling, packaging, and moving to designated racks and storage locations
- Clearing receiving areas in a suitable timescale
- Inputting checked deliveries to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control and record keeping
- Movement of materials around the warehouse using a pump truck/forklift truck
- Producing product labels for works order product identification
- Maintaining the general condition of the warehouse and storage racks, along with good housekeeping
- Supporting production with goods and materials transfer between warehousing and production lines
- Performing stock checks, conducting stock counts, and assisting with inventory management

Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment
- Reach truck licence (essential)
- Full driving licence (advantageous)
