Lidl Warehouse Operative – Role Overview
£13.80 - £14.45 per hour* – 35-hour contract
Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM Holiday: 30-35 days (pro rata) Benefits:

From picking and packing to checking inventory, your role keeps shelves fully stocked so customers can shop with us—every day.

What You’ll Do
- Listen through headsets for picking instructions and execute tasks efficiently
- Pack a variety of products, including meat, frozen, chilled (-18°C), and fresh produce (earning £1.50 extra/hour for freezer work)
- Ensure secure stacking of deliveries
- Report damaged items to your manager
- Work independently to keep operations flow smoothly
