Newstaff Employment Services is currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your contribution will be valued. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receiving and checking goods deliveries for accuracy and quality. Packing and preparing orders for shipment according to specified instructions. Organizing stock to ensure efficient warehouse layout and easy access. Maintaining health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment. Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines. Assisting with stock takes and inventory control as directed. Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. Ability to undertake physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Must have own reliable transportation to Hemel Hempstead warehouse location. Willingness to follow health and safety protocols.
