The Role
As a Warehouse Operative – Inventory, You Will Participate In All Aspects Of Inventory Control, Stock Movement, And The Smooth Running Of The Warehouse, Ensuring Goods Are Accurately Picked, Stored, And Dispatched. Working In a Fast-paced, Detail-focused, And Safety-conscious Manner, You Provide Reliable And Efficient Support Across All Warehouse Operations. In Addition, You Will

- Pick, prepare, and fulfil orders accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain stock records within warehouse management systems.
- Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes, including loading, unloading, inspecting, and storing products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and conveyor systems.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, follow all health and safety procedures, and report any potential risks.
About You
Being proficient at basic computer operation, and with a strong attention to detail, you will bring your previous team-based working experience to the position, meaning the in-depth training you receive from us will be bolstered by your own knowledge and experience. Furthermore, you will have:
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior experience working or being part of a team.
- GCSE or equivalent preferable.
Desirable But Not Essential Skills For This Role Are
- Prior warehouse experience.
- Prior experience working with an ERP system.
- Prior experience working with electronics or automation products.
- Health & Safety qualifications.
- Forklift Truck (FLT) license.
In addition, GCSE level qualifications would be desirable; however, not essential.
