Warehouse Operative
Join Our Team at Müller – Warehouse Operatives
The purpose of the role is to manually pack milk into trolleys, move trolleys, and empty trolleys across the chill, working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining knowledge of products and processes involved in the day-to-day delivery of goods.
Details
- Location: Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY)
- Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
- Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 (Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday, starting at 14:00)
- Pay Rate: £13.17 per hour (plus premiums)
- 1.5x for overtime
- 1.25x for Saturdays
- 1.5x for Sundays
- 23% uplift for unsociable hours (6PM–4AM)

- Operate chill trolley packers and shrink-wrappers
- Load and unload inbound/outbound vehicles
- Rotate stock and check date codes
- Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work instructions, and risk assessments
- Maintain high hygiene standards – clean as you go
- Conduct quality control checks to meet product standards
- Replenish materials and support team training
- Communicate effectively across departments
- Carry out additional duties as required
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
- Strong team player who can also work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed to high standards and continuous improvement
