Warehouse Operative Leighton Buzzard

Newstaff Employment Services is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a busy warehouse environment with a supportive team. Responsibilities include receiving stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring the warehouse is well-organized and maintained to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Processing incoming stock and verifying shipments. Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Loading and unloading goods as required. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor. Following health and safety guidelines at all times. Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Ability to carry out physical tasks including lifting. Good attention to detail and organisational skills. Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team. Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
