About The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative Level 2 to join our thriving and expanding organisation. This role will involve providing operational support during loading operations, ensuring the efficient transition of products from production to outbound vehicles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring products are picked, packed and labelled correctly in line with customer orders and delivery requirements.
  • Accurate data entry into SAP and extraction of reports from SAP/WMS.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy work environment.
  • Ensuring high accuracy in stock levels and order fulfilment.
  • Collaborating with other departments to smoothly complete work orders and resolve issues.
  • Adhering to operational and company processes, while identifying and reporting improvements where applicable.
  • Validating load list accuracy and reporting discrepancies immediately to the Despatch office.
  • Notifying Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Administration of order discrepancies or shortages.

Responsibilities & Duties

Essential

  • Hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence.
  • Strong numeracy skills, accuracy in reading picking notes, and complying with build requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in loading safety and certification. -Must be Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Desirable

  • Valid Combined Truck licence (multi-directional).
  • Minimum two years’ experience in warehouse operations.

Pay

  • Hourly Wage: £13.22
