WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE/ LLOP PICKER

Warehouse Operations & FLT Driver Opportunities

Location: Raunds, Northamptonshire (NN9 6RJ) Salary: £14.41 – £18.25 per hour + Bonus, Free Gym, Subsidised Restaurant

  • LLOP Pickers
  • Warehouse Operatives
  • Banders & Strappers
  • FLT Drivers (Forklift Trained or Willing to Be Trained)

Available Shifts & Pay Rates

1. Rotating Shifts (Monday–Friday)

  • 6am – 2pm
  • 2pm – 10pm

Pay:

  • £14.41/hour (rising to £17.29/hour after 12 weeks).

No fixed shifts are offered.

2. Night Shifts (Sunday–Thursday)

  • 10pm – 6am

Pay:

  • £15.26/hour (rising to £18.25/hour after 12 weeks*)
  • Plus a personal performance bonus of up to £3/hour.

Key Responsibilities

You must:

✔ Have prior knowledge of warehouse operations ✔ Follow health & safety rules at all times ✔ Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures ✔ Perform quality checks on products ✔ Safely use manual handling to stack and band products ✔ Maintain high hygiene standards via regular housekeeping ✔ Work additional shifts/hours when required by the team
