Warehouse Operative - Luton
Newstaff Employment Services is currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Luton, on a 8am - 5pm shift Monday - Friday This position is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse, where you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth flow of goods. As a Warehouse Operative, you will engage in picking and packing, inventory management, and ensuring the warehouse is safe and organized. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming products, ensuring they meet quality standards. Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch. Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse. Assist in conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment. Work collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily operational goals. Prior experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage. Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary. Located in or around Luton, you will need your own vehicle to get to the warehouse.
