Join our Day Shift team in a robotics‑led, state‑of‑the‑art warehouse and build a career with real progression opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- No Warehouse experience needed — just bring a positive attitude.
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol.
- You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
- For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.
- Day roles involve working across ambient and chilled areas (0–5°C).
Available Roles
(You will work 4 in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends)
Despatch
Day shift = 07:00 to 17:00
Night shift = 20:00 to 07:00
- Load customer totes into delivery frames and organise returned totes.
- A physical role that involves regular lifting — no gym membership required!
Pick
DAY Shift = 06:00 to 16:00
Night shift = 19:00 to 06:00
- Pick and pack customer orders using our latest robotic systems.
- Ideal for those who enjoy attention to detail and keeping busy.

Inbound
Day Shift = 06:00 to 17:00
Night shift = 19:00 to 06:00
- Receive goods from suppliers, check quality, and place items into totes ready for picking.
What do you get in return?
- Salary: Basic rate: £12.93 per hour.
- Night shift premium (between the hours of 11.45 pm and 5.45 am): £2.75 per hour.
- Overtime paid at basic x 1.25.
