Furniture Village – Warehouse Operative

£29,500 per annum + up to 10% bonus, competitive pension, Family Partnership & more

Location: Milton Keynes Contract: 40-hour shift, 5 days per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday (rota basis)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer fulfilment by delivering all warehouse and distribution activities.
  • Safely lift and handle heavy furniture and goods in line with manual handling regulations.
  • Load and unload deliveries for timely order processing.
  • Use company systems to track stock and process orders.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Contribute directly to the customer experience every day.
