We are looking for a self-motivated, driven and adaptable individual who enjoys a challenge to work alongside our energetic team in Chelmsford. The role requires a CAN-DO attitude, an ability to learn from any losses and celebrate every win. Job Purpose
To support the production of ceramic sample boards and assist with general warehouse operations, including order picking and site maintenance, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

- Work as part of a team to create ceramic sample boards to company standards.
- Cut ceramic tile samples (full training provided; PPE supplied).
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including stock handling and organisation.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse and production areas.
- Support day-to-day operational needs as required.
- Responsibility for compliance and discharging legal duties with regards to HR and Health & Safety to promote a safe, equitable and legally compliant workplace.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
- No prior experience required - full training provided.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a hands-on environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- Heavy lifting / Manual handling.
