Warehouse Operative
Join the team keeping M&S stocked this summer
We’re growing our warehouse team in Faversham and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain.

Shift & Pay Details
- 40 hours per week
- Nights, start times of 18:00, 20:00 or 22:00. Any 5 from 7
- £13.79 per hour. Rising to £14.97 after 6 months
- Overtime and unsocial/weekend premiums of up to £5.24

What You’ll Be Doing
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
- Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
- Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
- Working as part of a busy warehouse team

What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.
