Warehouse Operative (Night) - Bedford Depot

Night Shift - 10pm-6am

40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7 day rota (including weekends)

Temperature-controlled (4°C) environment

  • 90% performance £15.03 per hour
  • 100% performance £16.49 per hour
  • 110% performance £17.95 per hour
  • 120% performance £19.41 per hour

All inclusive of £1.89ph Night Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives at our Bedford Depot. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and efficient assembly of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately assemble customer orders
  • Pick and load goods onto cages safely
  • Input weighted items correctly
  • Follow stock rotation procedures
  • Perform various warehouse duties with precision and efficiency
  • Properly mark and store assembled orders for dispatch

Essential

  • Numerate and literate
  • Warehousing and distribution experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a cold environment

Desirable

  • Ability to work in a freezer environment, earning an extra £1.18ph premium.
  • FLT (Reach/VNA) licence, earning an extra £0.60ph premium.
