Warehouse Operative - Nights
At The APC, we are proud to be the UK’s largest independent delivery network and we’re on the lookout for new team members to come and join our Night Warehouse Team. Our team is at the heart of what makes The APC great.
Our team works 6 hours per night, Monday to Friday, sorting up to 180,000 parcels each night. Every parcel is important, and we ensure that each one reaches its destination on time, delivering outstanding service to our customers.
700 team members strong, we are as diverse as the parcels that we deliver.

What you will be doing:
- Sorting, loading, and unloading parcels in a fast-paced environment
- Using relevant equipment when needed
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Supporting your supervisor and working as part of a team

What we require:
- Previous warehouse experience desirable
- A good level of fitness - you’ll be on your feet, moving around a lot and lifting heavy objects
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, in a fast-moving environment
- A reliable team player, helping others as required
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Own transport is essential (as no public transport is available for night shifts)
