Salary: £15.76 per hour
Shift: 4-on, 4-off – 18:00 to 06:00 Location: Huntingdon
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative who thrives in a friendly, non-hierarchical, customer-focused high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will complete all warehouse and logistics duties safely and effectively, adhering to company procedures and policies.

Responsibilities
- Fully proficient in warehouse and logistics procedures, including:
- Despatch, intake, and decanting in line with current SOP’s.
- Using FOPS, WMS, OCM, and handheld scanners to complete logistics tasks per required standards.
- Accurate completion of all paperwork, meeting audit standards at all times.
- Maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, with a "clean as you go" policy.
- Conducting MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) pre-use checks.
- Flexibility to embrace job rotation, either team-specific or unit-specific.
- Positive approach toward company-provided training to enhance customer service.
- Willingness to undertake reasonable additional tasks that fall within capability or post-training.

Requirements
Essential:
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Experience working effectively as part of a high-performing team.
