Salary: £15.76 per hour

Shift: 4-on, 4-off – 18:00 to 06:00 Location: Huntingdon


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative who thrives in a friendly, non-hierarchical, customer-focused high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will complete all warehouse and logistics duties safely and effectively, adhering to company procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Fully proficient in warehouse and logistics procedures, including:
    • Despatch, intake, and decanting in line with current SOP’s.
    • Using FOPS, WMS, OCM, and handheld scanners to complete logistics tasks per required standards.
  • Accurate completion of all paperwork, meeting audit standards at all times.
  • Maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, with a "clean as you go" policy.
  • Conducting MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) pre-use checks.
  • Flexibility to embrace job rotation, either team-specific or unit-specific.
  • Positive approach toward company-provided training to enhance customer service.
  • Willingness to undertake reasonable additional tasks that fall within capability or post-training.
