Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Preston, PR2
Hours: Monday – Friday 06.00 - 14:30 with a 30 min paid break.
Salary: £13.00 p/h
The Role:
Are you looking to start a new career or gain hands-on experience in a warehouse environment? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Operatives to assist with dismantling televisions and other electronics. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided!
The Business:
Recycling Lives Services is not a typical recycling company. Since our inception, the business has been structurally built around social value, employing people from disadvantaged backgrounds, partnering with the justice system to reduce reoffending, and delivering environmental excellence at scale. The social mission is not a layer added on top of commercial activity. It is the reason the business operates in the way it does.

We operate UK-wide across construction, manufacturing, retail, utilities and public sector markets, offering total waste management, WEEE recycling, and specialist hazardous waste services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely dismantling TVs and electronic equipment following company procedures
- Sorting and organising electronic components for recycling
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks
- Reliability and punctuality
