1# About the Role
As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a talented and experienced Warehouse Operative to join us.
The Warehouse Operative will join the Supply Chain and Warehouse department based in the Linsford Business Park. The purpose of the role will be to ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods, supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations and meeting customer demand, while maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised working environment.

3# Requirements
Receiving incoming deliveries, checking goods against paperwork, and reporting any damaged, missing or incorrect items. Storing stock safely and in the correct locations. Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and on time. Loading and unloading vehicles, by hand or using mechanical handling equipment (MHE). Moving stock around the warehouse using a forklift or other equipment Recording stock movements and updating inventory on SAP ERP warehouse module Carrying out stock counts, cycle counts and audits as required, and reporting discrepancies. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and tidiness across the site. Complying with all health and safety regulations and reporting any hazards or concerns immediately. Processing customer and vendor returns within agreed timescales. Ad hoc deliveries or collections to London clinics as required Supporting team members and assisting with any other reasonable duties as directed by the Manager

4# Qualifications and Skills
No formal qualifications are typically required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued most. Clean driver’s licence Previous warehouse and logistics experience are essential. A valid forklift license Good attention to detail and accuracy. Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling, including lifting, bending and working at height. Able to work to targets and deadlines, often under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player. Basic numeracy and IT/scanner literacy. Flexibility to work as required in busy periods – evenings and weekends Correct manual handling technique and sound safety awareness.
