Warehouse Operative (Picker) - Full Time

Warehouse Operative

Location: Avonmouth, Bristol

Hours: 37.5 hours over 5 days, starting at 7am every week (including at least one weekend day) Pay:

  • Day shifts: £15.07 - £17.59 per hour
  • Afternoon, late, and night shifts: £17.59 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to pick orders for our shops at our Avonmouth, Bristol distribution centre.

This role includes opportunities for part-time work and offers varied shift patterns, including night shift (22:00–06:00) and weekend shifts.


Responsibilities

As a warehouse operative, your key duties will be:

  • Accurately and efficiently pick stocks onto pallets for shop deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records.
  • Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.

Opportunities for progression exist beyond order picking:

  • Goods reception
  • Loading operations

Requirements

To apply for this Warehouse Operative role, you should:

  • Be aged 18 or over (health & safety requirements).
  • Be physically fit, capable of meeting productivity targets in a active warehouse role.
  • Demonstrate a friendly, dependable, hard-working approach to work.
  • (Ideal but not essential): Experience in warehouse operations or manual handling.
