Job Details
- Position: Warehouse Operative (PM)
- Working Hours: 33 hours per week
- Shift Pattern:
- Monday–Thursday: 16:00–23:00
- Friday: 15:00–22:00
- Sunday: 08:00–13:00 (Saturday off, plus 1 rotation day off)
- Salary: £12.96 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced pharmaceutical supply chain team at our Service Centre in Newcastle. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of the medical supply chain, empowering us to serve millions of patients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish the Automat System
- Pick and pack orders in manual picking belts, bulk, fridge, and secure areas
- Carry out transport and routing of completed orders to their destination

Requirements
- Must be physically capable of:
- Standing and walking for long periods
- Performing manual handling tasks in line with Health & Safety standards (No reasonable adjustments can be made for applicants unable to fulfil these duties.)
- Desirable traits:
- Flexible, adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Good visual accuracy and numeracy
- Committed to working in a hazard-free, high-safety environment
- Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- At least 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory, or related fields
- (Preferred) Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
