Are you organised, reliable, and ready to take on a dynamic role in our fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative at our Braintree CSD branch to support smooth operation, manage stock levels, and play a vital role in ensuring Motor Parts Direct continues to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

- Receive and check incoming deliveries
- Safely store stock as directed for easy retrieval
- Resolve order issues with suppliers when needed
- Pick, pack, and load parts for customer orders
- Carry out scheduled stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Assist with general warehouse tasks
- Occasionally act as a relief driver, delivering parts to customers via company van
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
✔ A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock management ✔ Ability to work efficiently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment ✔ A proactive attitude with great teamwork skills ✔ Comfort lifting, moving, and organising products daily ✔ Experience managing inventory or warehouse operations is advantageous but not essential
