Warehouse Operative

Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours:

  • 45 hours per week
  • Flexible shift pattern rotating between:
    • Tuesday to Friday / Sunday to Tuesday (starting at 2pm or 10pm)
  • Shift timings: 2pm – 11pm or 10pm – 7am (Mon-Fri)
  • Flexibility required to cover additional or alternate shifts as needed.

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative, reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager. This role is critical to our ongoing success and offers the opportunity to support operations in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Headset & Voice Picking
  • Stock replenishment
  • Stock verification (ensuring accuracy & cross-checking pick/volume data)
  • Stock returns processing
  • Operating PPTs (pallet trucks) & adhering to SMART manual handling techniques
  • Priority on health & safety (PPE use, procedures adherence)

Experience & Key Attributes

  • Current Forklift Licence (FLT) required
  • Manufacturer Handler Evidence (MHE) experience mandatory
  • Proven measurement working in an FMCG warehouse
  • Previous headset/voice-picking system experience
  • Keen attention to detail & ability to maintain accuracy
  • Prior experience with manual handling risks & safe practices
