Location: Farnborough, GU14 6JF
Job Length: Permanent
Working Hours:
- 45 hours per week
- Flexible shift pattern rotating between:
- Tuesday to Friday / Sunday to Tuesday (starting at 2pm or 10pm)
- Shift timings: 2pm – 11pm or 10pm – 7am (Mon-Fri)
- Flexibility required to cover additional or alternate shifts as needed.

About the Role
We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative, reporting to the Warehouse Shift Manager. This role is critical to our ongoing success and offers the opportunity to support operations in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Headset & Voice Picking
- Stock replenishment
- Stock verification (ensuring accuracy & cross-checking pick/volume data)
- Stock returns processing
- Operating PPTs (pallet trucks) & adhering to SMART manual handling techniques
- Priority on health & safety (PPE use, procedures adherence)
Experience & Key Attributes
- Current Forklift Licence (FLT) required
- Manufacturer Handler Evidence (MHE) experience mandatory
- Proven measurement working in an FMCG warehouse
- Previous headset/voice-picking system experience
- Keen attention to detail & ability to maintain accuracy
- Prior experience with manual handling risks & safe practices
