Job Description

We’re expanding our team in Bristol and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in logistics.

Shifts

  • 4 on 4 off Permanent Night Shift - 19:00pm – 07:00am
  • Salary: £32,697.71 per annum.
  • We also have a site bonus scheme that rewards colleagues for their performance. This can potentially increase earnings by an additional payment of £2,500+ per annum.
  • This role works on a banked hours contract.

Role Overview

Our Warehouse Operatives are the heart of our business, and you will be joining a great team. This is a fast-paced role where you will be involved in a variety of tasks:

  • Picking and preparing stock according to customer requirements using an RDT
  • Operate MHE responsibly and safely – full training provided
  • Carrying out manual handling tasks
  • Maintaining hygiene standards and high levels of health and safety at all times

Qualifications & Key Skills

  • Previous experience working in a chilled/cold warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to learn and progress.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
