About the role

Health and safety comes first in our fast-paced warehouse, with one clear goal: everyone goes home safe at the end of every shift.

  • Base pay of £12.81 an hour, with extra earnings through shift premiums and incentive.
  • Night colleagues (22:00-06:00) average between £627.77 and £648.27 a week including shift allowance, before overtime.
  • 6–2 / 2–10 colleagues average around £541.87 a week including shift allowance, before overtime.
  • Extra pay for nights, weekends, and hours worked after 6pm.
  • Incentive scheme with the chance to earn up to around £90 extra a week.
  • Enhanced bank holiday pay, plus overtime after 40 hours.
  • 10% Booker discount and 10% Tesco discount after 12 weeks, with 15% off on 13 selected weekends during the year.

  • Busy warehouse role with full training and support from day one.
  • You will need to successfully complete drug & alcohol, and Numeracy & Literacy tests before you start.

Currently we are looking to recruit to the 4 week rotating shift pattern:

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday 14.00pm - 22.00pm
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday 06.00am - 14.00pm
  • Week 3: Sunday to Thursday 14.00pm - 22.00pm
  • Week 4: Sunday to Thursday 06.00am - 14.00pm

You will be responsible for:

  • Pick, stack and wrap customer orders safely, accurately, and on time.
  • Receive and locate stock safely and properly.
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organised.
  • Follow health, safety, and legal standards at all times.
  • Work with care to make sure stock is handled properly and customer needs are met.

Full training on LLOP during induction week. Further training opportunities on HRT and PPT for the right candidates.

  • The site includes ambient, chilled, and freezer areas.

You will need:

  • To be able to work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • To be reliable, punctual, organised, and able to work to deadlines.
  • To work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
  • Warehouse experience helps, but it is not essential.
