The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis under a rotating shift pattern:

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm (with some weekend working when necessary)

Based at our Northampton site (near junction 15 of the M1, NN7 2QA), you will contribute to:

  • Supporting warehouse operations with diverse daily tasks
  • Safely loading and unloading goods
  • Utilising manual handling equipment (MHE) and warehouse systems (training provided)
  • Completing required paperwork and inspections
  • Upholding health and safety protocols for a secure working environment
  • Encouraging process improvements through collaboration with your team

About You

We welcome applications from all backgrounds. Ideal candidates may possess:

  • Relevant experience in a warehouse or similar role
  • Valid licence: Forklift, counterbalance, reach truck, or pallet stacker (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Basic literacy & numeracy skills
  • Manual handling knowledge (safe practices)
  • Teamwork & collaboration attitudes
  • Attention to detail required for accuracy
  • Willingness to learn & adapt
