The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Warehouse Operative (LIEBHERR) to join our team at our Moulton site in Northampton.
Shift Pattern
Monday–Friday, with rotating shifts:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 10:00 – 18:00
Salary: £28,354.14 per annum, plus a £416 rotating shift allowance. This role also includes a wide range of benefits, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Tipping and checking of customer freight and returns.
- Freight put-away and consolidation, ensuring space utilisation.
- Picking, checking, and loading shipments.
- Use of manual handling equipment (e.g., clamps, FLT licences—desirable but not essential; training provided).
- Safely handling products per internal processes and procedures.
- Manual handling (self-independent up to 30kg, with equipment/multi-person lifts up to 70kg).
- Compliance with health & safety, reporting concerns promptly.
- Continuous process improvement, helping drive operational efficiency.
- Communication of issues/concerns to the line manager.

Requirements & Skills
Essential Skills & Experience
- Good English literacy & numeracy.
- Comfortable with manual handling (training given).
- Teamwork ability.
- Basic computer training (RF scanners, Microsoft Excel).
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Manual handling awareness or experience.
- familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., FLT forks, clamp forks).
