About the Role
Pet Drugs Online is one of the UK’s leading online pet pharmacies and retailers, providing pet owners with trusted medication, healthcare products, and everyday essentials—quickly, safely, and conveniently. As part of the IVC Evidensia Group, we combine the agility of a growing ecommerce business with the expertise of the veterinary sector.
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our fulfilment team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, supporting the receipt, storage, and replenishment of stock. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused team where teamwork, accuracy, and satisfaction are key.
How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help maintain the integrity of every customer order while upholding high standards in stock control, organisation, and warehouse safety.
Your responsibilities will span fulfilment and goods-in operations, ensuring:
- Products remain available and orders move efficiently
- Customers receive the high-standard service they expect from Pet Drugs Online
Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week, across 7 days, including one weekend per month
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet company standards
- Dispense prescribed medications with training and following company procedures

Stock Management
- Receive, count and book-in deliveries precisely
- Inspect stock for damages, discrepancies, and expiry dates, escalating issues as needed
- Store products correctly to ensure stock readiness
- Support stock replenishment, stock takes, and inventory accuracy

Warehouse Safety & Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Comply with Health & Safety procedures
- Perform additional warehouse duties to support the team

Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in pick-and-pack or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of ecommerce fulfilment processes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Exceptional attention to detail for accuracy
- A customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude
- The ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and work independently or collaboratively
Desirable:
- Valid Forklift Licence
