Salary: £24,784.50 per annum (increasing to £27,124.50 after training)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Crewe, CW1 6GH

We’re now looking for a Warehouse Operative to be at the heart of our fulfilment operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warehouse tasks (safely, efficiently, and accurately) to meet customer expectations every time.
- Collate, check, and load stock for trade and transfers—following procedures precisely.
- Pack mixed cases for commercial customers, using brand recognition and pack codes, with cases presented neatly and correctly.
- Operate all warehouse machinery, including:
- Truck electrics
- PPT (Pedestrian Pallet Trucks)
- Reach trucks
- Counterbalance FLT (Forklift Trucks)
- Participate in in-house training (including tobacco product handling).

Qualifications & Experience Needed
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience using Forklift Trucks (FLT) as an absolute necessity
- Strong manual handling skills
- Ability and willingness to extend finish times during busy periods (essential)
Preferred Experience (Not Essential but Helpful):
- Warehouse operative experience in logistics or similar sectors
- Experience preparing high-volume orders
- Knowledge of MLOP (Manual Lift Operations)/PPT procedures
