Warehouse Operative

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a change? Would you like to work for one of the market leading companies with fantastic benefits? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

Here at GXO logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Ikea team in Dartford.

You will be working any 5 out of 7 days with a fixed shift:

  • 06:00-14:00
  • 14:00-22:00
  • 22:00-06:00

  • Annual salary: £26,477.57 - £30,934.62 (depending on shift)

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
  • Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently
  • Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
  • Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly
  • Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Able to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
  • Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
  • Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
  • Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
