Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire (Relocating to Coalville in March 2027) Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Salary:
- £13.44 per hour (first 12 weeks)
- £14.93 per hour (after 12 weeks)
About the Role
We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a fast-paced distribution centre in Atherstone. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking for stable, long-term warehouse work with excellent progression opportunities.
We offer extensive training, ensuring no prior experience is required.

- Voice order picking using Low Level Order Picker (LLOP)
- Pallet wrapping and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading goods (chill and ambient environments)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Meeting daily targets in a team environment
Requirements
- Full training provided (no previous experience required)
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Comfortable with manual handling and fast-paced work
- Physically fit (able to stand for long periods)
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test (conducted at our Nuneaton office)
Shift Pattern
- Ambient: 6:00 AM start
- Chill: 5:00 AM start
- Average shifts: 7–8 hours
- Rota: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (including weekend work)
- Full-time commitment with consistent shift patterns
