What You'll Do
Support Warehouse Operations
- Maintain the warehouse and equipment preparation areas in a clean, organised, and efficient condition.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and company policies to help maintain a safe working environment.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day warehouse operations and additional duties as required.
Fulfil Equipment Orders
- Assist technicians with picking and scanning equipment to fulfil customer orders accurately.
- Help prepare equipment for upcoming projects and deployments.
- Ensure equipment is tracked correctly throughout the fulfilment process.

Manage Equipment Returns
- Assist technicians with the return of equipment following projects and events.
- Report damaged equipment and shortages promptly to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of accurate stock records.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy
- Assist with stock takes and inventory management activities.
- Help maintain accurate stock levels across warehouse operations.
- Support best practices that improve organisation and accountability.
Coordinate Logistics
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues, couriers, and delivery drivers.
- Help ensure equipment moves smoothly through the warehouse operation.
What You Bring
- Experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A methodical approach to work and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Confidence and resilience when working under pressure.
- The ability to work independently and use your own initiative.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Competency with Microsoft Office 365.
- Stock-taking experience is desirable.
- A forklift licence is preferred.
- Experience working with event audio, video, or lighting equipment is preferred.

Schedule
Core hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Occasional evening and weekend overtime may be required during busy periods.
