Responsibilities

Your role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Accurate picking of raw materials for manufacturing
  • Picking, loading, and despatching of finished goods
  • Managing and maintaining full, accurate stock rotation through our systems
  • Ensuring high stockkeeping accuracy to meet KPI targets
  • Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse
  • Adhering to health, safety, hygiene, and security standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek someone who:

  • Works well under pressure
  • Communicates clearly and effectively (written + verbal)
  • Demonstrates motivation and a passion for service excellence
  • Has basic proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office (training provided for ERP systems)
  • Possesses relevant FMCG or food industry experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Holds or can obtain a FLT Counterbalance/truck license (preferred)
  • Prioritises reliability and punctuality
