Responsibilities
Your role will involve, but is not limited to:
- Accurate picking of raw materials for manufacturing
- Picking, loading, and despatching of finished goods
- Managing and maintaining full, accurate stock rotation through our systems
- Ensuring high stockkeeping accuracy to meet KPI targets
- Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse
- Adhering to health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek someone who:
- Works well under pressure
- Communicates clearly and effectively (written + verbal)
- Demonstrates motivation and a passion for service excellence
- Has basic proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Office (training provided for ERP systems)
- Possesses relevant FMCG or food industry experience (desirable but not essential)
- Holds or can obtain a FLT Counterbalance/truck license (preferred)
- Prioritises reliability and punctuality
